To develo fresh talents to be a sales officer whose main job is to building relationship with costumer, analyze customers business and create credit proposal and maintain credit portfolio
Mater degree or bachelor degree with GPA Min 3,25
single, max 25 years old
Demontrate the following qualites : leadership, strong desire to larn, highenergy, enthusiasm and drive, self motivated, sales drive, strong interpersonal and communication skill

Sales Officer Funding / Lending (code : CSO)
  1. Male or female max 35 years
  2. min experience 2 years as a banker
  3. D3/S1 Graduate, GPA Min 2,75

Teller (Code : CTL)
  1. Male or female
  2. Single, max 25 years old
  3. D3/S1 Graduate , GPA Min 2,75

The generalualifiers should prosess
  1. Good cumminication and have a good performance
  2. Professional appearance, ethuisiasm and high achievement motivation
  3. Have an ability to work in team, integrity, a logic thinking
